Booking appointments for the Parent-Teacher conference are now open and will remain open until 1:00pm Wednesday, October 16th (the day of the interviews).
Please review and follow the instructions on booking an appointment with your child/ward's teachers for the parent-teacher conferences. Please see the link below of the document for more detailed booking instructions to assist you.

Please note that the parent-teacher conference will have 7-minute blocks for booking but each conference with a teacher will be a 5-minute appointment per student. If AFTER the parent-teacher conferences you feel you require more time, or the teacher is unavailable, please email the teacher you wish to speak with to set up a separate meeting time or to arrange a time to discuss.
The parent-teacher conference will take place on Wednesday, October 16th online via Zoom Video Conferencing with appointments ranging from 3:30-7:00pm.

Parent-Teacher Conference Booking Instructions
The following instructions are to assist in booking an appointment for parent-teacher conferences.
STEP 1:
Access the parent-teacher conference booking page in one of two ways:
Go to the Notre Dame Regional Secondary website (www.ndrs.org) and select the “Parent-Teacher Conference” button on the homepage.
OR
Visit the booking page directly (https://ndrs-pt-conferences-2024-25.youcanbook.me)
STEP 2:
Select Parent Teacher Conference.
STEP 3:
Select the teacher you would like to make a booking with by clicking on them.
STEP 4:
Select the time you would like to make the booking at.
Please note that time slots are in 7 minute intervals, however each meeting should not exceed 5 minutes.
STEP 5:
Fill out the information required and click “Confirm Booking”.
If you’ve successfully completed a booking, you will see a confirmation page with your booking details.
You will also receive from ptindrs@gmail.com or notifications@youcanbook.me a confirmation to the email address you provided in the “Parent’s Email” section upon making the booking. Do NOT delete the confirmation email until Parent-Teacher Conferences are over. In the event that your situation changes, this email allows you to reschedule or cancel your booking. (Refer to step 7.)
STEP 6:
Repeat steps 3-5 for every parent-teacher conference you would like to make. Please only meet with this semester’s/term’s teacher.
Rescheduling or Canceling your Booking
STEP 7:
In the event that you require to reschedule or cancel your booking with a teacher, refer to the confirmation email received from ptindrs@gmail.com or notifications@youcanbook.me for that booking. At the bottom of the email you will be given two options:
If you select “RESCHEDULE this booking”, you will automatically be redirected to the booking page to select a new time. Review and confirm your rescheduled time.
If you select “CANCEL this booking”, you will be directed to a page to confirm this action.
